How to measure your finger circumference

The circumference is the measurement around the base of the finger.

You need:

A longer ribbon
Fine-tipped pen
Ruler

Cut a piece of ribbon so that it fits around your finger.

2. Step:

Wrap the band around the desired finger at the bottom. For the most accurate fit, pull the band tight and mark the end with a pen.**Don't worry! The correct ring size is determined by a close measurement; the ring itself is not that tight.

3. Step:

Measure the length of the tape in millimeters. Round to the nearest whole millimeter.

The diameter is the measurement that indicates the inner width of the ring.
